What I do

During my career I had the opportunity to work with a lot o people and companies.

Research and Strategy

What I enjoy most about my work is that it starts with questions. Asking, observing, listening — because you can design meaningful experiences only when you deeply understand the people you're designing for: their context, their habits, their expectations. Exploration is not just a phase — it’s a mindset, and a requirement for valuable, lasting projects.

Experience Design

For me, design is about turning insights into ideas — and ideas into reality. I’ve had the chance to work with many companies, but more importantly, to create products and services that make people’s lives a little easier. Knowing that someone might enjoy something I helped bring to life is incredibly rewarding — but it also comes with a strong sense of responsibility and awareness of the possible impact.

Leadership and Mentoring

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work alongside incredible designers.
A meaningful part of my job has been to challenge them, support them, and help them grow in their own path. Mentoring, for me, is never one-sided — it’s an exchange. Their questions, doubts, and perspectives constantly push me to reflect, rethink, and become a better designer myself.

Teaching

Teaching is always a great opportunity for me to reflect. First, through dialogue with students — their way of seeing and interpreting things often challenges mine. But more than anything, it’s a chance to revisit and test the ideas I share. Putting my thoughts into words forces clarity. It’s how I refine what I believe, and how I grow as a professional, getting closer and closer to the core of the practice.

Digital Crafting

Design calls for thinking — but also for making.
It starts with analysis, yes. But ideas matter more when they take shape. When they become real.
Especially in the digital space, where code is a powerful and democratic tool — anyone can build.
For example, I wrote the code for this website myself.
